Cute, sweet, and a short easy read with a swoon worthy hero. The heroine is pregnant and without support. OMG I totally loved this book. As seems to be common in my reading of Harlequin novels, I found the hero and heroine’s lack of communication a little frustrating. Helping Alex after she faints in public, Conner learns that she is pregnant and alone.

I was expecting it, but gee it was disappointing. As the first female bull rider rhe her circuit, Megan Robertson needs to focus. It is very touching, very sweet, and a really nice love story. Another dohna story, Donna!! It felt like just another contemporary romance trying to leverage the hackneyed marriage of convenience trope. The characters were believable and I had a hard time putting the book down.

As fate will have it Connor literally finds Alexis at hierd feet in a dead faint, and their story begins. Jan 04, Kelly rated it it was amazing. There were plenty of emotions and some were truly felt while others were a little exasperating at times.

I am a sucker for happily ever after and this book delivered. The story has lovable characters. No current Talk conversations about this book. I loved the character of the hero’s grandmother, who comes in from time to time.
